The technology of the future for precision mechanics
More than 30 years of experience in the field of moulds for plastic and die-casting materials, equipment, precision mechanics and an eye always pointed towards the future. This is what defines the reality of Meccanica Tecnica.
Precision mechanics is a non-stop evolution sector and always ready for the introduction of new technologies and working methods. It is not simply a matter of making components, but being always up-to-date with the latest innovations, even managing to anticipate time itself. Our company has always specialized in the design and construction of metal parts for different industrial fields. Thanks to the passion that has always distinguished us, we are now able to create complex metal parts, taking full advantage of the many benefits that only 3D printing technology can offer.
We firmly believe in supporting the continuous technological change in the field of precision mechanics. Don’t hesitate to contact us to propose a project or for more information about our services. We are active in the province of Bologna and in the main centers of Emilia-Romagna.
We bet everything on technological improvements
Over the years, Meccanica Tecnica’s goal has always been to make use of the best technologies. We have always invested heavily in milling, including the application of grinding in five-axis CNCs. Greater precision and lower surface roughness are the main results we have been able to achieve as a result of this implementation.
The desire to work always aiming towards the future of precision mechanics has led us to focus on a technology that today has become fundamental. For this reason we have expanded our know-how and enriched the machine park with 3D printing machines.
3D Printing: Design Freedom and Endless Applications
Metal 3D printing allows you to design components differently, joining parts together and minimizing the material used, as well as costs and processing time. The system creates three-dimensional parts from a digital file with repeatable and controllable microstructures, high density and high mechanical performance.
Compared to CNC, casting and extrusion, 3D printing involves extreme freedom. Our innovative powder-free method and Bound Metal Deposition (BMD) technology allows us to optimize the printing process and achieve the desired tolerances.
