The realization phase<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The phases that make up the process of stereolithography<\/strong> consist of a careful study of customer requirements, then we use sophisticated CAD\/CAM software<\/strong> and export a 3D printable file. After that the SLA printer outlines the print settings and slices the model into layers<\/strong>. Once these parameters are verified, we can proceed to the actual print.<\/p>\n

Once printed, the parts are washed in isopropyl alcohol to remove traces of<\/strong> uncured resin from the surface<\/strong>. At this point it is necessary to smooth the marks made from supports and, if necessary, the part is assembled for more specific applications.<\/p>\n
